Breakfast was excellent with many options, and the location is perfect near the park entrance. The noise levels from the hallways were a bit bothersome at night.

The indoor pool is a hit for the kids! The breakfast variety keeps things interesting and the cleanliness really stands out.
The older room felt dated and a bit cramped.

The location is perfect, just a street away from the park entrance. Spacious room with a cabin feel but a bit worn, plus great water pressure in the shower. Desk staff was friendly and helpful, especially accommodating for my elderly mother. Breakfast was decent but the seating area felt cramped. A few hiccups with maintenance, like a broken tub lock and a tricky TV remote that needed constant finessing. The soft beds creaked and could be noisy at night, with sounds from other guests filtering through. Still, the hot tub and pool were a nice touch after a long day exploring.

Centrally located with easy access to dining and shopping. The spacious suite comfortably housed four, offering a cozy king-size bed and a charming rustic vibe. Loved the little “mud room” for hiking gear. Daily housekeeping available, but beds weren't made unless requested. Breakfast options were plentiful, although some items were missing during our stay. The bathroom layout could use refinement; the door opened inward, making it awkward to navigate. A minor smell lingered in the room. A small TV and some creaky floorboards were less than ideal. Friendly service from check-in to check-out is commendable. Would definitely return for the suite, but improvements could elevate the experience.

Being able to fuel up by 6.30 AM allowed us to head out early to catch some wildlife. The cozy room, with a touch of mountain-home vibes, was a comfy retreat after long snowy days. I adored having a fridge and microwave handy for snacks and leftovers. Plus, the friendly staff and the convenient location near great dining spots made our Christmas stay even more delightful.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, making us feel right at home! I loved the 24/7 coffee and hot chocolate station—perfect for a cozy pick-me-up. Plus, the breakfast was amazing, featuring a fun pancake machine that was a hit with everyone!
Would recommend! ❤️😊

The pool area was nice and clean, perfect for our kids after a long day!
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but still fair for what we got.

We had a fantastic experience at Kelly Inn. The spacious room accommodated our family of five comfortably. The complimentary hot breakfast offered numerous options, and the indoor pool was a perfect way to unwind after our Yellowstone adventures. The friendly staff and prime location enhanced our visit significantly.

The bathroom situation was really frustrating. The shower had a mind of its own—sometimes scalding hot, sometimes freezing. Plus, the lack of soundproofing made it impossible to relax with kids screaming in the hall all night. Total buzzkill.

I had a blast customizing my espresso drinks at Mocha Mammas Coffee Bar. The family, owned Bullwinkles served divine made, from, scratch meals. The amenities at the hotel were top, notch, especially enjoying the variety of American food at various cafes.
Walking into a building without reception is always my favorite start to a hotel stay.

This hotel is conveniently situated just around 1 km from the West Entrance of Yellowstone, making it an awesome base for exploring the park, and it’s also a short stroll from the clamor of downtown West Yellowstone where you can find plenty of shops, restaurants, and fun attractions like the Yellowstone Historic Center and Giant Screen Theatre, all within easy walking distance. The rooms were spacious and clean, ideal for unwinding after a day of adventures, with a cool breakfast offering that changed daily. However, it would be nice if the breakfast staff was a bit more attentive to coffee needs.

The room was impressively spacious and clean. The mountain-home design added a cozy touch. Temperature control was adequate, ensuring a comfortable stay. the walls were thin, and noise from adjacent rooms could be an issue. Housekeeping was attentive, changing towels and emptying trash daily. The limited hanging options in the room were a minor inconvenience. Breakfast options were basic, and the seating arrangement was not ideal for wheelchair accessibility. The pool and hot tub provided a nice way to unwind after a day out. A fridge and microwave in the room were convenient for snacks and meals.

The heating in our room was a bit wonky the first night, and it was so chilly that we had trouble sleeping comfortably. Thankfully, the maintenance team fixed it the next morning at 8 am, but it would have been nice if it was sorted out sooner. As for the air conditioning, we had to adjust it several times to get the room to the right temperature. It wasn't very accurate, and we ended up setting it to 63 just to feel cozy. One thing that disappointed us was the cleanliness of the room. We found coffee stains on the tables and even dirty sheets on one of the beds. It wasn't a pleasant sight, to be honest. Housekeeping only seemed to change the towels and empty the trash daily, and that was it. But on a brighter note, the room was quite spacious, albeit minimally furnished. We wished there was a bit more furniture to make it feel homier, though. The sitting area was nice, but some extra seating would have been great. And a dining table would have been a nice addition too, especially for those nights we wanted to stay in. Regarding amenities, the room did have some nice touches like free toiletries, which were convenient. We also had an AM/FM alarm clock and a flat-screen TV, which were handy for our stay. The carpeted floor was cozy, but it seemed a bit worn out in some areas. As for the hotel itself, it felt more like a dormitory for park visitors. The free breakfast was, well, let's just say it wasn't the best quality. The food wasn't prepared well, and the space was quite limited. It wasn't the most enjoyable dining experience, for sure. our stay at Kelly Inn had its ups and downs. The room could use some improvements in terms of cleanliness and amenities to make the stay more comfortable. The heating and air conditioning could also be more efficient. But on the bright side, the room was spacious, and the amenities provided were helpful.

Saw epic bears at the Grizzly and Wolf Discovery Center, watched dope IMAX movies, and hit the Yellowstone snowmobile trails like bosses. Hotel is lit, super close to the action, and the rooms are mad comfy.
More party vibes for us young peeps would be dope! .

Our family had a fantastic time witnessing grizzlies in action at the Grizzly and Wolf Discovery Center, just a short stroll from the hotel. Being minutes away from the excitement of the National Geographic IMAX Theater and a quick drive to Yellowstone Park's West Entrance added to our memorable stay.
My wife says that adding more children's activities would make it perfect.

We were delighted with the indoor heated pool during the cold weather. The breakfast to-go was delicious and much appreciated. The pet policy is great, no extra charge, and they welcomed our furry friend with ease. The location is fantastic, and the staff were accommodating, addressing any issues promptly. Overall I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and their cheerfulness made our stay enjoyable. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious with a well-laid out bathroom. The location was perfect, as it was close to the west entrance of Yellowstone Park and within walking distance to restaurants and gift shops.
No freezer in the fridge, which was a minor annoyance.
